UASBSBR工艺处理啤酒酵母废水

摘要:
采用UASB-SBR组合工艺处理啤酒酵母废水,着重分析了 UASB反应器容积负荷对COD去除率及出水VFA的影响,并确定了该废水的厌氧产沼气率,同时分析了SBR反应器的进出水COD浓度与COD去除率的关系。试验表明:UASB反应器在容积负荷为11.2kg/(m3·d)时,COD去除率稳定在85%左右,出水VFA也稳定在5mmol/L以下,系统产气率约0.47m3/kgCOD,反应器运行稳定;SBR反应器在容积负荷为1.296 kg/(m3·d)时,COD去除率稳定在80%左右。废水经两级生物处理后的出水COD浓度在300mg/L以下,处理达到预期效果。出水水质达到GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的二级排放标准。

Treatment of Beer yeast wastewater by UASB-SBR Process

Abstract: The beer yeast wastewater was treated by the Combination process of UASB-SBR, Focusing on the analysis of the effects of the UASB Volume load on COD removal rate and VFA of effluent, and ascertains the methane production rate. It also analyzes the the relationship between the COD removal rate and the COD concentration of inlet and outlet water of the SBR reactor.The results show that when the volume load was around 11.2kg/(m3·d),the COD removal rate of the UASB reactor could maintain around 85%,the VFA of the effluent also maintain below 5mmol/L , The System gas production rate was around 0.47m3/kgCOD and the reactor run steadily;When the volume load of the SBR reactor was 1.296 kg/(m3·d), the COD removal rate could maintain around 80%.After the two levels of biological treatment,the COD of effluent can be reduced below 300mg/L. which is deal with the desired effect and it can meet the second grade discharge standard of GB8978—1996.

酵母广泛应用于酿酒、食品、医药饲料、化妆品等领域,是引起污染较严重的工业废水之一,随着酵母工业的迅速发展,其工业废水的排放量也相应的在增长,酵母工业废水的污染问题已成为制约酵母企业发展的瓶颈[1]。在现阶段已有的酵母废水处理中,厌氧加好氧组合处理工艺应用十分广泛。高浓度废水首先进入厌氧处理系统,厌氧处理后的出水再进入好氧处理系统。经两级生化处理后,虽然废水的COD去除率达到60%~75%,但出水COD浓度仍高达1000 mg/L左右,真正达标的范例几乎没有[2,3,4,5]
